Switched over to Enterprise about 2 years ago. Best decision I ever made the communicate with you if there are any upcoming potential issues they try to have resolutions for those before we arrive. They are probably the easiest car rental company I have ever dealt with. Big shout out to Zack and the team they are all amazing

Whenever we need a first class vehicle to go out of town or take a business trip this is always our first stop and they will bend over backwards to make sure that you have what you need if it's within their power to get it. Affordable rates and also very accommodating to their customers!

49th Street Enterprise has awesome service! Joe, the store manager, was very helpful to find us a car that would accommodate my 6'3" husband. It was a 15-30 minute wait for a car from another location, but he worked it.

Needed a rental after a parking accident. The team of 5 men who helped over the course of three weeks were ALL respectful, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They make a great team for any vehicle rental needs. My questions were answered, my problems resolved quickly and efficiently, and I was even promptly issued a refund for an amount charged through a misunderstanding. All transactions and communications within an amicable, pleasant atmosphere. This type of service seems to be going extinct most everywhere, but it was Wonderful to find it here during a stressful time.

This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had over the years with a rental car company. From the first phone all the way through to the final step. The customer service was over the top. They where kind and considerate in every way. Having an accident and being without a vehicle is hard and they took care of everything. I highly recommend this office and this staff! Way to go above and beyond in customer service!

I was online looking for my 16 yr old Son a truck when I came across a 2015 Chevy 1500. The price seemed reasonable so I gave them a call. After a few phone calls and emails, we made a deal. We drove down from Oklahoma City and the truck was exactly as it was in the pictures and as it was described. My son and I are VERY happy with the truck and the guys at H&H! I will be looking for my wife a vehicle soon, I will definitely be giving them a call to see if they have what we are looking for!

I just purchased an 05 Hyundai Sonata from Dustin and I couldn't be happier! While test driving the car, it wasn't acting right so to speak. Dustin immediately got his mechanics on it and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Gave the car a tune up and it ran perfectly and it still does. He didn't let me leave until he made sure I was happy and the car ran the way it was suppose to. He didn't try to give me the run around. The car was sold as is so he didn't even have to change the spark plugs or do a tune up.. but he did! It's the fact the he went the extra mile to make sure his customer was fully satisfied. I've never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. He even called me a few days later to make sure the car was still running good. It's very rare to find an honest car salesman and I feel lucky to have done so. I will be back when it's time to buy another car. I highly recommend H&H Autos!
