SandBay Primary & Urgent Care - Pinellas Park

What an awesome experience! The owner/MD met with me on the first visit. He did a complete exam and was very patient. Answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. All of his staff are knowledgeable and oh so helpful. His waiting room has a fountain and a crystal chandelier.

This is my husband today. Last Fri. He was very sick and in a wheelchair. Dr. Amy and staff worked him in and stayed with us until after 6pm. They did alot of tests, etc. We avoided a hospital visit. They called to check on him and saw him again yesterday. Thankyou Sandbay Team and Dr. Amy. We love you. We are blessed by Vu also.

I’ve never had a doctor’s office that made me feel so comfortable. All of the staff are very sweet and the physicians are amazing. This is the first time I’ve felt like I have doctors that LISTEN. They’re professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and prioritize the patient. They’re also very mindful and don’t patronize. I tend to see Amy or Vu, and both are fabulous. Sophia is also one of the sweetest medical assistants.

Huge bonus that the also listen to feedback. They genuinely want you to have a good experience. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I’ve been taken care of very well by SandBay. Dr Vu has been helping me with all of my needs and is the best doctor I’ve ever get had. He is thorough and understanding, and shows empathy, unlike some doctors I’ve dealt with before. Mr. Joseph, the office manager is especially awesome for making sure I am able to see which practitioner I’m most comfortable with. He’s also got a great attitude and fun personality. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, and are hard working. I’ve seen them have very busy and seemingly stressful days, and they pull right through. They seem to function like a family which is a nice charm, and they are always eager to help.

Here we go again! "Doctor Amy" is da Bomb! Went in for a tattoo infection that was really bad...border line hospitalization. She came up with a game plan to "Hit it Hard" with 4 types of antibiotics ...this Doc, showed a great "Bed side" manner. Which doesn't exist in this day in age, showed genuine concern and even wanted to make sure my tattoo was saved. This woman accomplished all of it in a very fast, yet timely manner. I cried during the recovery process, because I finally found a doctor with compassion and I didn't feel like a $$$ sign. Treated me like a Human being! She is now, my one and only Doc. The others are great as well. As long with Outstanding staff at both locations. I've been a patient going on 4 years now. They treat you right! You won't be disappointed. 😊👍
