The workouts are very intense and the coach (Stylez) will make sure you are motivated. Lots of time slots available throughout the day.

I've been a member for almost 2 months. After being in team sports my whole life, I have never wanted to improve myself more than I do now.

I have been a member of Elite Vandals Gym for about 5 months and am extremely happy with my results. Before coming to the gym, I had very limited workout experience and definitely would have never considered myself athletic. Stylez genuinely cares for the well being of all his members and ensures that we execute every move with correct technique and form. The workout regimen is ALWAYS challenging and keeps members engaged. Elite Vandals is unique because our members are like family, we support one other to push through the WOD. I have definitely achieved a new level of physical fitness during my experience at Elite Vandals and recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

I have never been to this type gym before, will say I was actually very nervous to start, but I have found it is a great work out and Stylez motivates one to push even harder. I am definitely addicted and I am no young spring chicken. I recommend everyone to at least try one class, you will not regret it. Highly recommended. Thanks Stylez.
