I would even gain more weight than when I started. So I had just about given up. I stopped watching what I was eating and no longer worked out. I had given in to fat. That is when a friend of mine recommended Clearwater hypnosis. She had two sessions there for stress and she said she now felt great. At first I was reluctant to try it. But I finally decided to give it one last try. And boy am I glad I did! I strongly recommend Clearwater hypnosis.
