They were friendly ,service was great They found my phone and were waiting for my return to retrieve lol!!
Sand Vista is a true GEM in a wonderful area! We visited for the first time recently and were amazed at the location, hospitality, friendliness and unique vibes it had to offer. The staff was incredible, we had more than enough of everything stocked and ready in our room upon arrival and extra options, such as beach chairs, were abundant. The layout is fun, the pool and social area were great, the people are wonderful and the room was perfect for a weekend stay! We are already planning a trip back! We highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
We totally enjoyed staying here with our daughter and granddaughters. They’re very accommodating. We were able to take our 16 year old Jack Russell. Shawn and Diane were so helpful and everything was very handy. We’ll definitely go back.
Dianne (I believe is an owner or part of management) was so kind and open hearted. Made my stay one to remember. All staff is so nice. The location is perfect, right across from the beach! Many different food options to choose from (most within walking distance) for all times of day. Has a really nice lounging area and even nicer pool! Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for something not too expensive with great customer service and location. Thank you Sand Vista!!
We were greeted by Dee, she was so helpful getting us checked in and giving us wonderful suggestions for restaurants within walking distance. Shawn was a helpful on site owner that gave us tips on seeing the sunrise and sunset in the best location on the property. He showed us where the fishing poles and the beach chairs we could use, which was a nice treat to not have to rent them. The room was exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and not a noisy party place. The only downside was, a couple of women that were checking in and they caused an obnoxious scene. Shawn handled them professionally and without disturbing the other guests. I highly recommend staying here and my husband and I will again.
Hubby and I drove in without a reservation and the manager (Diane) met us and was so welcoming. We stayed in a 1 bedroom on the ground floor and our car was conveniently parked right outside. The owner, Shawn, booked us in and was very nice. We stayed 9 nights. I have a back issue and need a firm mattress and believe it or not, they moved a new mattress into the bedroom for me. I really appreciated this so much. All the beds were new, with nice sheets and quilts. The laundry smelled fresh and looked bright and clean.
The location is just across from the beach, a short 7 minute walk down a paved path.
The place has a pretty, heated pool so we swam everyday and lounged on nice deck furniture.
It is located on the Intercoastal with a nice new dock.
We truly loved this little gem. If you like small places (12 rooms) where you get to know the owner, housekeeping and other guests, then this is a perfect boutique resort. 🏡🐚🦀🐬
P. S. They accept pets....but not at the pool or dock. Cost a bit extra but very reasonable.
