Sandra is wonderful. She really works to get to know you in order to determine the best way to help and support. It has been a truly fulfilling experience to learn to balance emotions to improve day to day life when I felt like I couldn't before. She provided ways to continue working on the weekly topics beyond the session itself. I look forward to speaking with Sandra and it has truly become a joy to go to her practice.
