  This is our 3 auto loan with the credit union and from start to finish both Laurie and Tanja we amazing and so very helpful! The process was seamless and done in a prompt and professional manner! Highly recommended them both!

  Even though I live out-of-state now, I've used FCCU exclusively since about 1996 but do most of my banking via electronic deposit and bill paying through the app, so usually not much need for branch services. But I've been car shopping over the last 2-3 months and have to give a spectacular review for FCCU member services specialist Laurie DeCresie. She has truly gone above-and-beyond expectations in working through various false-starts and hiccups in my car buying, loan setup, wire transfer, cashiers check and all the associated complexities of dealing with multiple parties in 3 different states.
  Normally I would've been worried when certain things couldn't happen quickly due to my inability to physically show up at the branch, but she was professional and quickly coming up with suitable alternatives that I didnt even have the time to worry about it! It really took a weight off my shoulders that I could get the deal done and a sincere Thank you! to Laurie for helping me out. Also I'm really happy with FCCU auto loan rates at a time when everyone else seems to be making it extremely painful to get an auto loan. Glad I'm still a member and looking forward to my move back in a few months. Thanks y'all!

  Laurie at the Seminole branch was wonderful to work with! She assisted us with getting a new car loan. She was professional and helped us each step of the way to make sure we didn't miss anything. Fantastic customer service!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Laurie DeCresie this week to apply for an auto loan. Laurie was fantastic to work with and made the process painless and actually pleasurable! She was super responsive and quick to keep us in the loop on additional required information needed to finalize our loan. Laurie was very personable and friendly! I feel like I have a new friend! She’s very professional and down to earth and we had a very positive experience with Laurie!

  After refinancing my car loan at this branch last year, I just returned to open my business account. Again, I was delighted with the exceptional service Laurie DeCresie offers. She is both professional and friendly and won't stop working until everything is just perfect.
