(July 2, 2021, 1:24 pm)Been here about 3 months, management is great! Lot's of improvements, cleaning it up and making it look sharp. Good Job everyone! Lot's of friendly people here too! Not quiet but it isn't noisy, the people in this park live vs prepare to die.
(June 1, 2015, 2:56 pm)A quite, peaceful place near the Seminole Park. Yearlong residents are very close knit and are willing always to be friends and help you when you need it. it is almost 100% smoke free residends with just a few who still smoke. We like to ride bicycles to the park and take trips to the beach 4 milles away. It is very quite at night and residents look out for one another. Old but I give it a five star rating for the good people I have met there.
