TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track

I used TGH Fast Track Urgent Care for treatment of a foot/toe injury. I made an appointment online and was able to get in quickly. The entire staff was very professional and kind. Dr. Victoria was able to diagnose my fractures with an X-ray and answered all of my questions. Cassandra, who was assisting in my care from in take to X-rays, was fabulous. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and happy. Additionally, the next day follow up was awesome. It is so refreshing to have such an overall positive experience when I wasn’t feeling so great. On New Year’s I was sent here because a local ER that I use was closed for a malfunction. I couldn’t tell if they were open because the sign by the side of the road was dark. They are set back into the parking lot so it was hard to see. I pulled in happy they were open. They had about five people waiting to be seen. But the staff at the desk were friendly and processed my information quickly. Dr Victoria was extremely friendly and understanding. I felt at ease and listened to. I was even offered to fill my prescription there! I was so relieved to not have to make another stop. At check out the front desk staff were cheerful and happy- even at 8pm.
I had no idea this place existed but I would absolutely return again. Bedside manner really matters when you are experiencing pain. Thank you so much.

The staff was very caring and efficient, including the front desk staff, nurse and practitioner who treated me.
I was seen promptly with almost no waiting and the nurse was very empathetic as she took my vitals and did her initial assessment.
Mackenzie, Evans, the PA who treated me was very caring and thorough in her assessment. She explained exactly how my symptoms related to my condition and how the treatment she prescribed would help me.
Understanding the treatment plan gave me trust in what I needed to do going forward, so I can feel better soon!
I will go back if needed again and highly recommend this urgent care facility!

Amazing experience. After not being able to be seen yesterday at another urgent care we decided to go to this one. Our one and a half year-old daughter has an ear infection. All staff was super friendly. Clean environment. And overall great experience. We are from out of state and wish this urgent care was back home. Would definitely recommend this urgent care to others

We love this option in our neighborhood. Spotless clean, friendly professional staff, TGH Doctors who are a joy. This makes a visit to the Dr. office pleasurable, even when suffering, in pain etc... My first visit was for an emergency, I now prefer going here as it's so quick easy and professional. No waiting for three weeks to see my Primary Care. This facility has provided us the best service we have received anywhere. Thank you all!
