I recently visited the Monro Auto Service and Tire and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about everything I needed for my car. They took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and why, and they were upfront about the cost and timeframe for the repairs. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and updated, which gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was in good hands. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Monro Service Center and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance. They truly went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be returning for all of my future car needs.

We went to Monro, 15 minutes before closing. We were in a panic! Screw in our tire and we live 50 miles from there. Very nice guy, plugged our tire. We were so grateful, they could help us! We certainly would recommend them..

I come hear to tell the honest truth that Tony(Manager) and Josh are truly great people in providing great customer service and staying committed in staying way past there work hours to finish my rear brakes on my truck. These guys are legit and really recommend them. I can’t thank them enough!!!

Anytime I stop here the experience is always great! I got help from Tony, Mellow and Som Pom and left in a much better mood than I came with. They are very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. I got no regrets. Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks guys your awesome.

Tony and Ed are awesome — they got my car in last minute for a tire leak and patched me up quickly. What a relief when the colder weather is coming. Love this Monroe and it’s why I keep returning year after year.

amazing doctor! very nice and helpful

I have read all these reviews. All the negative ones are all correct that you wait a long time to see her but that is why all of us who have gone to her for a few years already know to bring a book, or at least call to check in and see how far behind she is. Dr. Goldberg treats you like family. She remembers your name AND she happens to be the best gastroenterologist in our area. She is a no nonsense Dr. whose goal is to get you and your condition better. I would not go anywhere else. I don't care how long I have to wait. She has done more for me and my other family members to treat us, and we have all immensely improved under her care. Doctors today are reimbursed at such a low rate anymore from insurance companies, you should be angry at the insurance company not the Dr. For you newbies that walked out, if she was spending all that un-rushed time on you, would you be upset? Too bad for you is all I have to finish up with.

Thoughtful and knowledgeable care with a doctor who has gone above and beyond to made my care a priority. Most grateful to Dr. Goldberg.

She’s definitely old school. She does NOT take debit or credit. Cash or check (check?!?!) only. Knows she’s the doc and you’re the patient and you can wait til she’s ready. She is who she is. Guaranteed “who knows?” eye-rolls when you ask anyone where she is. If you want modern, state-of-the-art medicine, she’s not for you. If you’re good with a Mayberry-style knowledgeable and respected doctor, bring your phone and be prepared to cool your jets.
