It was my first time visiting this practice today and I was super pleased with the friendliness of the staff. When the NP, Iva, learned that I had come in for a particular service - that she had not been notified of nor was she prepared for - she quickly scrambled to make it happen, saving me an extra trip. So, I'm a satisfied patient.
My only gripe would be waiting 45 minutes to see someone. While I understand that it's common practice and most doctors make you wait, I don't agree with it on any level and I always make it known. Other than that, well done!
Wonderful, highly competent, thorough, empathetic & compassionate !! All the things I look for in a primary Dr. Dr. R & her staff go over and above any of my previous drs, I’m so blessed 🙏 to have found her ………
