(May 20, 2021, 5:08 pm)Needed to open an account and saw the sign that said "check in with the tellers". I was immediately helped and informed of the merger and asked if I had an account with Suntrust or BB&T, no to both. I was told that someone would be out to help me in a minute and as promised Ashleigh was out in short order to help get an account set up. She explained the different account types and the features of each and got everything set up for me.
