I see a review that said they do not meet repair obligations... actually MY EXPERIENCE is just the OPPOSITE... They even called to replace my air filter!!! I am a different kind of tenant, if i CAN do it i won't bottler someone but i had an issue that was above my expertise (almost everything is), they came out VERY QUICKLY to assess and fix the problem. They were very courteous as well!
