After speaking with Deborah over the phone my mind was clear of any second thoughts. I was determined to cut sugar out of my life, as I am very fond of it. I still wanted to enjoy my coffee with sugar but I wanted to quit donuts, cookies and cake. Guess what? I haven’t had any of those for the past seven weeks. Not one!!
