  We’re more than happy with Waters Pointe!!! First of all, the staff is AMAZING (Specially Giani), súper happy, friendly, and efficient.
  
  Second, the views are SPECTACULAR with dolphins, palm trees, birds, etc.! And the place vibe is just perfect for relaxing and having a happier life.
  
  3rd the apartments are so quiet, you can’t hear anything from the super lovely neighbors, we are on a second floor, and we don’t hear any steps over us or absolutely nothing. The balconies are huge, and the whole apartment is just so comfortable to live in.
  
  I can go over and over, but you get the point, if you’re looking to move to St. Petersburg, this is it!!!

  I stumbled upon Waters Point on my last day of apartment shopping. What a gorgeous place! I moved from Indiana and everyone was very helpful from the beginning. Gianni and Alli are very friendly and delightful to have here! The views are outstanding. It’s a very clean place and I have felt very safe here this past year. I love the beautiful pristine pool and it’s a relaxing place to go out back and read a book! The maintenance here is always fast and thorough. I can definitely count on them. The location is perfect being 5 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown! I love the community feel this place brings. I would recommend Waters Point to anyone!

  Awesome Complex. Love the property. We've lived here 3 years and we still feel like we're at a resort. The property managers are the best and very friendly. I highly recommend living here and you'll LOVE IT!!!

  I moved to Waters Pointe July 2019. I absolutely love my apartment and so thankful for the assistance that I got from the manager at the time, Ally and Gianni. They’re very receptive to any of my questions and concerns and have taken care of anything that has been needed quickly and effectively .
  
  I love the amenities here. Great pool, water view, hammocks and my neighbors can’t be beat!
  
  I keep hearing that after one year the rent gets raised significantly and some really nice people have moved for that reason.I didn’t get any special when I moved in like a lot of other people did and really can’t afford any additional increase. So will be disheartening if I need to move again so soon.

  We moved to Waters Point Apartments from out of state in December, we signed the lease without seeing the place. The process was smooth, the staff helpful, honest and on point and with all questions and concerns.
  We are very happy with the apartment and the complex, clean, well maintained, excellent common areas with wonderful views.
  The management and staff have been easy to work with, very respectful, and have addressed any concerns and problems immediately.
  This is a great location, quiet, safe, (I do like the building being secured) close to stores, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend it to anyone.
  Although its not a big problem, I do wish we had assigned parking!
