Diana Sames is an awesome Real Estate Agent! I have used her a couple times. When we first bought in Florida, she went out of her way to make sure everything went smooth. On our most recent transaction, when there was a problem, Diana was right there to help us again. She really went above and beyond what you would expect to help us. In this situation, she was an angel sent from heaven in a time of need.

I visited the St Petersburg Beach area around April. I loved the area, beaches, restaurants, downtown and liked the community. I wanted to check home availability as I am now retired. I bought my first home with RE/MAX Preferred on St. Pete Beach. My agent was outstanding from start to finish. Always made sure that I was getting the best deal possible, and if an issue came up he made sure that it was resolved quickly and to my liking. They're great negotiators.
