“Terese is the best! She will ensure you have a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the air conditioning cool, and the location super convenient. The kitchenette was a nice touch as well. Beach chairs and towels were available and the price could not be beat. Ample parking and a Walgreens just down the road in case you need any snacks or toiletries. We stayed in room #7 - highly recommend.”

Rooms are luxuriously appointed with comfortable bed, couch in living room, desk for those doing a working vacation and a kitchenette for families that wish to eat in a few times during their stay. Restaurant is fabulous, excellent staff, hip vibe, and decor that all nicely compliments the rest of the property. Menu has an extensive list of choices for those that want a quick appy with a favorite beverage or if you’re hungry you have a choice of five star level entrees to satisfy your appetite. This will definitely be on my list of suggestions for Northerners looking for a getaway regardless of time of the year or reason. 82 degrees offers what everyone needs....a place where one can enjoy themselves at the beach!! “Great location! Clean room, awesome views. Friendly staff as well. I do want to shout out Fabian who was absolutely amazing and so friendly & helpful to us during our trip down to FL for a wedding. The one full afternoon time beach trip he was outstanding. Always checking in and being sure we were taken care of. He is out on the beach managing the guests of the Don Cesar & Beach House Suites with cabanas, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Thank you SO much Fabian!!! And thanks to the Don Cesar teams as well for making us comfortable during our time down in Saint Pete’s!”

“This place can highly recommended by friends and co-workers. The vibe was fun and the prices were decent for being in a touristy part of town. The fried food was greasy, as expected, but still good. The mahi sandwich I ordered was originally forgotten, but they brought it over after everyone else finished their food. It was a REALLY good sandwich! Our server Emily didn’t allow tables to be pushed together, so keep that in mind for larger parties. You may sit separate. Not a big deal, just in case you want to be together.”
