West Port Colony

This apartment community is right off the Gandy and very convenient to my work in Tampa. I just renewed after my first year and really enjoy living in a well kept up community. The staff is super nice and always quick to respond to my maintenance calls. The package room is a perk for me because it helps when I can’t be home to catch the deliver drivers.

Excellent place to live. Really clean grounds, modern looking interiors, solid gym/pool, and extremely friendly staff. Very close to both downtown Tampa and St Pete as it is right next to both the Howard Franklin and Gandy bridge. Would recommend especially to people new to the area. I moved from another Gables property from another state so the staff made my move extremely smooth without breaking my lease.
