We are *very* pleased with the service we received. I can’t say enough about ‘Stephanie’ the customer service gal with whom we had the pleasure to work. Stephanie took care of everything for us, explained it all, dealt with the insurance company and stayed involved throughout. Great service and communication. I can’t recommend Bay Area Auto Glass and Stephanie enough! Thank you! I wish I could make it a six star rating.

GO HERE AND EASE YOUR MIND!!! These guys came to me NEXT MORNING when I needed a windshield replaced & a calibration service done. I was in a time pinch for a vacation after Safelite Auto Glass rescheduled my appointment TWICE due to "scratched glass"... screw the big chains that don't care about customers, use the local guys who get it done right! Thanks again guys!

Very professional, prompt company! I’m very satisfied with my replacement. They came to me, and Stephanie handled everything with insurance and scheduling - very polite and fast! I switched my appointment from Safelite based on poor reviews, and I’m glad I did.

I had a wonderful experience with Bay Area Auto Glass, from Stephanie in Customer Service to my installer, Tyrone. My insurance company had recommended Safelite, which I initially had an appointment with. They failed to show because of an apparent miscommunication, but that was a blessing because after that time, I did some research on Safelite and saw all the horrible reviews. I also saw amazing reviews on Bay Area Auto Glass and contacted my insurance company to say I wanted to go with them. They contacted Bay Area Auto Glass, set it up with Stephanie, and the rest is history. Stephanie arranged a convenient time for the installation and kept in constant communication with me, as did Tyrone, the installer. He texted me with his ETA and arrived on time. Tyrone was not only very experienced in his craft and did an excellent job, but he was professional, courteous, had a great personality and incredible wit! He kept me laughing the whole time and should be a stand-up comic on the side! I truly appreciate the excellent service by Bay Area Auto Glass and highly recommend them!

3 weeks ago my car was broken into while I was up in north Georgia. My insurance uses Safelite so I just went with them at first. While in Georgia they said that this glass would take about a week or more to get in, so I scheduled it for down here in Florida thinking by the time I get back the window will come in and I will get it fixed. Yes, I drove from Georgia to Tampa Bay area with plastic and tape on my Window. Cut to two weeks later I still didn't have a window with no ETA in sight. I googled for another window installer and Bay Area Auto Glass came up. Called on a Saturday and Debbie answered! She was so helpful and sweet. I suggested where we might be able to get the window I needed, she did her own research and went the extra mile to order the OEM window I wanted. Two days later they had the window and scheduled for installation. The service techs came out and installed it within 30 mins. It looks great and works great! Customer service is such a big deal, and Debbie went the extra mile to really help someone in need and for that I thank her and Bay Area Auto Glass.
