  Great evening staff customer service even while training a new employee. Everything was nice but they need to put new having on the bathroom "drawer" and cabinet.

  I had a very poor experience at the East branch (see my review of that one), but my experience at the West hotel was much better. Sandhya was very friendly and empathetic, check-in easy. After being evacuated from my home because of the Caldor Fire, it was very nice to be treated with empathy. The room is very clean, the bed comfy, and it’s affordable.

  Quiet, clean, and reasonably priced hotel. Bed was comfortable.
