Dr. Lo has been fantastic. From the beginning to now one month post op. He has explained everything, listened and answered my questions and did an amazing job. I could not be happier with the results. He worked hand in hand with my employer completing my FMLA paperwork timely and with my insurance to get everything approved. His office staff is also very friendly and helpful. Love him!!!
Dr.Lo is an amazing Dt. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my procedure. I was very disappointed the way was healing but after communicating with Dr. Lo he reassured me that everything was fine and give it a couple more weeks. Well just as he said everything is Great and I would recommend Dr.Lo to anyone that's looking to undergo cosmetic surgery. The staff is also amazing and very knowledgeable for the procedures and can answer any questions if you can wait for Dr.Lo to get back to you.
Dr. Percy & his staff is so pleasant, and his wife is beautiful.. he has the best bed side manners I tell you I wish he was my primary doctor

Omg where do i start!!!! Dr Percy Lo is one amazing man. I never met a Dr that care for his patients the way he does. In Oct Dr Lo did 2 of my surgeries and he gave me a second out look on life. I never been so happy the way I am now. He built my self esteem way high. He is a caring, loving, kind hearted man. Also his staff!!!! They are AMAZING team, they go way beyond for you. I honestly can say they all have a place in my heart. If you want a great experience and great care. Dr Lo is your to go to guy.
I really thought that I was never going to find a doctor to perform the procedure I was in desperate need of.
Not only did the ladies..Brandi and Crystal go over and beyond to make sure things went well.. They both made sure I had unlimited access to them and Dr Lo .
Dr Lo.. Where do I begin? Words can not express nor begin to describe this amazing man. He truly cares for NOT only his patients but for their families also.
I had a surgery that other drs told me could never happen. Dr Lo took the time to talk to me explain things so I would have the best outcome. Words can not express in detail the talent and person touch he puts into his patients. Dr Lo always has a smile..as do the ladies.. Dr Lo even got tears in his eyes when I explained how he not only saved my life but made my life worth really living again.
I will forever be grateful to Dr Lo and his staff.
I wish I knew a way to let the world know that Dr Lo, Crystal and Brandi are TRULY THE BEST.
