Paramount Movement and Performance PT

I completely severed my Achilles and had re-attachment surgery. Scott Pummill of Paramount Physical Therapy has been my PT for the last 5 (of 12) weeks. He is fantastic. He knows his stuff, remembers things and is extremely adept at his craft.

I wish I could give more than five stars! From the first session to the last, Chris provided a comfortable space and does a great job thoroughly explaining each exercise. He can help make modifications as needed and is truly dedicated to what he does. Will highly recommend to any one in need of PT

Chris did and excellent job. I came in with an injury from an auto accident and he asked me about my symptoms and my goals for PT. He helped me understand each exercise we did and explained how it was helping address my symptoms. He also took videos of me preforming each exercise as he gave me instructions on improving my form. These videos were super useful for doing exercises at home. He was also responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. At the end of my treatment I was feeling a lot better and had regained a lot of the mobility I lost. Chris also made sure that we had addressed my original goals and created a plan for me to follow going forward. He was very professional and I felt I had his undivided attention during each session. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone who feels like they need PT.

Chris helped me rehabilitate and recover from a shoulder injury. He has a very directed approach and does not treat each person the same. He was able to get me back to my previous activities pain free and his attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend him for any physical therapy needs or if you feel that you need help improving your overall physical fitness.

Chris helped me with my shoulder injury before having surgery to regain my range of motion and reduce some of the pain I was dealing with. After having the surgery Chris helped me through the rehab process regain mobility and strength in my shoulder as well as minimize the pain. All the exercises I was doing we’re always thoroughly explained to me so I understood what I was doing and how it would benefit me and I was given supporting documentation to assist me in continuing my treatment. I can’t thank Chris enough for all the help with my injury and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a great physical therapist.
