From the initial estimate to the final touch, Mark was very clear about all aspects of the bathroom remodeling. I left many of the color choices up to Mark and the bathroom turned out brighter and much better than any of the selections I would have made. He was always communicative during the entire process. We had bought our dream home and it needed some work done in a very short amount of time. The popcorn ceiling needed to come out along with the carpet. Mark and his crew were amazing they got the job done on time and it turned our dream into a reality. What I think is the most impressive part, all this was accomplished while we were in Illinois closing on our home there. After interviewing 3 companies for a master bath remodel, we decided to go with Mark at Euro Flooring and Design. He said his crew would remain on our job with little or no interruption and that was the main selling point for us. In addition, we felt his prices were very competitive. He said it would take between 6-8 weeks and we were done in less than 6. Mark was available throughout the whole process and helped with some design and product choices. He made sure we were happy with everything before job completion. He has a skilled project manager who listened to our requests and followed through with all of them.

Mark redesigned the bathroom to not only meet my husband's specific needs, but also made it a peaceful, tranquil beautiful space with much needed storage. Mark was very easy to work with and listened intently to my requests. The materials used were high quality and the total cost of the remodel was reasonable. His crew showed up on time and put in a full day's work. They were respectful and always checked in with me at the end of the day to show me the progress.
