Excellent Veterinarian office. Caring and knowledgeable staff. I'm grateful they are so patient with me and my cat since I have to bring her in to have her toenails trimmed as I can't do it myself. She's a scared little cat. They even squirt the Bravecto on her every 3 months. They are very reasonably priced too. Thank you!
Veterinary practice is made of layers. First the doctor, med staff, office staff which translates to quality of care and efficiency of experience. However the Partridge office adds that additional layer, quality of experience making you feel welcome and heard.
5 Stars is not enough for Dr. Freeborg. Awesome, knowledgeable, caring, kind, engaging to both patient and human.
I've experienced great vet's who lack "bedside manner" and treat an animal like a machine rather than a patient. Not Dr. Freeborg, he has a calm about him, a glowing kindness my pup clearly picks up. Simultaneously engaging direct conversation with me, with specific questions to understand how my pup is. Listens to my observations and/or concerns and offers options or recommendations without the upsell that many vets do. Just straight talk, not too highbrow, without talking down. To say he makes you feel like he genuinely cares is an understatement.
The med staff is on the ball. Very little down time in and out. In between check in, doctors visit and check out. The doctor and techs clearly work effectively together, nothing appears to get lost in translation.
Office staff. This can make or break any medical office. Friendly, efficient, not without error but, quickly take corrective measures without wasting your time. They office and med staff appear to function seamlessly together and make the human feel at home. Typically offering water or coffee while waiting to see the doctor.
Only thing I wish Patridge offered, basic drop-off for a bath, nails and ears (Not Grooming).
This was one offering from previous vet offices I found very useful. Plus, I feel the more the staff sees my pups, the better they know them. More eyes on my pup potentially seeing something I may miss! The extra $20-30 every couple of months is completely worth the feeling of extra care, peace of mind and the convenience for my fluffies.
Have a fur baby, Patridge is the place to go.
Knowledgable and caring staff.
