  Today was my first time here and I have to say it’s waaaay better than any other plasma place I’ve been to. Everybody here is just so laid back and the staff seem to be very knowledgeable I guess that’s why everything moves so smooth and efficient here. My donation was even faster here, and they have cookies for Valentine’s Day. Great job

  Great experience from everyone from start to finish. I realized I had to be patient quickly due to the amount of people donating, but employees were quick and informative. Will definitely be back! Keep up the Great work everyone! Always in for a good cause.

  The staff at Octapharma in St. Pete have been wonderful. From the moment I walk in, I always feel welcome. The staff are very knowledgeable in their roles and are always willing to help when someone needs them. I’ve donating here a few times now. Every time after I donate, I leave happy.

  Everyone has been beyond nice and hospitable and kind. I have been donating for years simply because I work in wound care and understand the significance of giving. However, today I had a bad experience. I am fully aware I’m not allowed to be on the phone. I was directed by a women to follow her to my chair. I was wrapping up a call w/one of my physicians and she rudely told me I wasn’t allowed to be on my phone. I told her I understand & was wrapping up the call. I did end the call & told her I was talking with a physician and she stated “wonderful” in a very passive-aggressive tone. Then when I looked over to her she proceeded to give me a stare down w/a nasty look. Life is short & the world flows so much easier w/kindness. The fact that she is a manager is mind blowing as her job is to kind to people & manage interactions w/kindness. Her tone was simply not acceptable.Her name is Shanika.
