My ex-husband got sick 01-04-22 had been in hospital for weeks and several rehab still needed more care, I contacted Meadowlands and spoke to Melody was very warm and caring, made arrangements for 3 mos affordable for him in memory care. Very warm and caring staff, he was treated very well which I can say much better then when he came to facility, suffered from covid brain fog. I would recomend facility to anyone who has love ones wanting them to received excellent care, Thanks Melody and staff outstanding service.

From very first contact with QHR i was impressed. Diane is really on top of it from the get go. My repairs were a result of a car crash to my home. Diane worked hard to help me with my insurance claim. Grady did a beautiful job on my home repair. My home is better now than before. If you need a reliable contractor hire this company.

We have been using QHR for years, and Grady and company have always done first rate work for us. They have always been professional, friendly, and have always done excellent work. They have done jobs ranging from door repair, stucco repair, to complete window replacement (18 windows). We have an old house that sometimes requires special knowledge, and Grady has that in spades! I recommend them without hesitation!

Absolute professionals. Excellent communication. Kept every promise. Job was to turn attached carport into a real garage. Concrete, electrical, carpentry, new vinyl siding and electric garage door under City of St Pete Code. Passed all inspections every time. Were there problems along the way? Of course...and Grady & Diane solved them all! I liked them, enjoyed working with them and the crew, and you will too.

I recently visited the Meadowlands and was quite impressed with the warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff at the entrance greeted me with big smiles and kind words. I also visited with the Director while I was there and she was amazing! Answered all of my questions and addressed any concern I had. The residents were just coming back from one of their outings as I was leaving and they expressed how much fun they had. The employees seemed to truly care about the residents. The staff looked excited to see the residents return; asked if they had a good time and offered hugs and assistance. That’s definitely what you want to see when considering where to place your loved one. I would highly recommend The Meadowlands to anyone looking for a nice place for their family.

Diane was fantastic at helping me understand the potential impact of my wood siding issues and how to tackle them. She took the time to explain typical old home (1927 in my case) construction methods, and how to approach the necessary repairs.
