the service itself was fine. I waited for my vehicle, and it took almost the exact time the service writer told me it would be. Very courteous.
My biggest concern was the waiting room. Most dealers I have been to in the last few years treat waiting customers very well. Yours had no water in the fridge, no free snacks, the popcorn maker was empty, and the coffee packs needed refilling.
Also got approached by a gentleman trying to buy my car for your used car lot. If I wanted to sell mine, I wouldn't waste time and money on service.
Howard Wilson is the reason why I always go to Auto Nation. He is a true professional
Melissa was great to work with! None of that high pressure selling, just very patient and helpful. She also went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me! The rest of the staff I encountered were also very cool and professional. I've now bought 2 used vehicles here in 10 years, and I expect it will be my first stop for future purchases as well!
My service rep was great to work with, she knows the automotive business. Happy to work with her. I have had my truck 2 years now was told & saw pictures my rear rotors are very rusted and I have to ask why? 2 years old and they look so rusted. My last 150 I had 8 years never had this problem. We live in the same place we did then and live, park the same place we always park, yet my new 2018 Truck has never pulled a boat or backed into the water like the last 2010 truck. I asked if all the parts come from China due to the amount of rust. NOT happy these rotors have rusted like this in 2 years. Rear brakes were recommended again hard to believe. Can these rotors be made faulty? I would like feedback from Ford on this it's hard to believe.
