Tim and team are right down the street from my house so I originally hired them to do my lawn care. The lawn was one of the bests in our neighborhood.
We were then going to put down some new St. Aug sod in the backyard and that company said if we used their services then we would have a lifetime warranty on the sod. I reluctantly left High Tech because the lifetime warranty was hard to pass up. After about 3 months with the new company sod worms had taken over our new back yard and even were working into our incredible front yard and the company was taking days to get back to us to troubleshoot.
In fear of losing our entire yard after years of hard work, we decided to leave the "lifetime warranty" and go back with Tim. In a matter of weeks the entire yard was back to beauty and perfection and the new back yard sod was better than it was when it was laid down.

The proprietor of Hi Tech Tim and Bruce are top notch at what they do both of them are highly skilled techs, they brought my lawn back from a potential disaster which was being treated by another company.Little did i know my lawn was infested with chinch bugs.I've never seen anyone use a meter to check my soil for dampness and PH or the unique method Tim devised to detect the lawn for bugs, i was very impressed if anyone is looking for a great pest management company look no further.
