  Robert was excellent in helping us rent a storage space. He took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The facility is kept very clean. Robert take great pride in running this facility.

  Robert was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I'm a travel nurse and had to come off the road to take care of my dad, who unexpectedly lost his battle with cancer. My belongings are in a POD, and I needed a storage unit ASAP to get out from under that big payment. Not only was he able to get me an end unit, but he also gave me the information to give to PODS for a smooth delivery. I have rented from this facility many times throughout the years, and this was, without a doubt, the smoothest transaction yet. Thank you, Robert!!!

  Robert does a fantastic job up here. We don’t get great customer service so when we do it is highly noticeable and with Robert it was superb. He really went above and beyond there was a snafu with the lock on one of my wife’s storage units and he fixed it before we even knew there was a problem. Awesome customer service really nice facility to. Happy holidays.

  I had to share my amazing customer service experience I had with Robert the Property Manager Extraordinaire!! He went above and beyond making what is already a very stressful situation,moving, and during the holidays no less which is extra stressful and he took them extra steps to make sure that everything was easier for me. I got multiple units which I ordered online so the units were all across the facility and Robert without me even asking moved my units so that they were in the same building right near each other. He was so delightful to engage with he was professional and courteous and knowledgeable and really went the extra mile and I can not express my gratitude enough. It is refreshing to get that extra little bit of help to make things run smooth no matter what time of year but especially during the holidays when hectic is just a part of everyday for all of us. Thank you so much Robert you really made my day today and made my stay at Public Storage much easier for my time of stay. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy New Year. You are great at your job and it is very appreciated!
