They do their very best to make buying, troubleshooting and even repairing our optical equipment an easy and seamless process. Eli has been a pleasure to work with and was able to diagnose and repair our lensometer in just an hour! We will be using them for all of our future equipment needs.
(March 21, 2022, 4:06 pm)This is my go to for any of my optical lab needs when my edger went down I was able to contact Chad and he helped me decided on a new one that fitted my optical lab needs. When it was shipped it was packaged so well that I could tell they took care in making sure it arrived safely. I choose to do self-install and when I had any questions I was able to reach out to David who helped me and he was so patient and kind he stayed on the phone with me for at least 2 hours making sure I had everything hooked up and running properly.
