Wow! Haven't been here since it was Gators, they did a great job on the remodel, hope they treat the marina the same! Crazy cool pirate bar almost ready on the second floor, what's happening with the crows nest. All your favorite bartenders rocked, nobody waited for a drink. Go There!
Upon returning to Florida my primary goal was to find a great Grouper sandwich. I used to get one at this restaurant when it was called Gators. Although crestfallen that it was no longer Gators, I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The Grouper sandwich I had was every bit as good as I've ever had in the past. My waitress treated me like royalty, ever attentive to my needs. Crabby's is now my No. 1 restaurant in Pinellas County.
Ask to sit near the windows because you are likely to see dauphins, sea birds and the bridge go up when large boats pass by. The food was surprisingly good. Peel and eat shrimp was a good appetizer too. The drinks are also noteworthy and poured well. All and all if visiting the area I feel like this is one of the best stops for food.
Great location, amazing view, terrific food, and enjoyable service. We were so pleased when Crabby’s went into the location vacated by Gator’s. Been back already for several visits. Our server, Chris H, made our experience fun and the food has been fantastic. We will definitely return and continue to bring friends!
Went for lunch and dock crew was very helpful. Food was awesome! We had grouper, street corn along with organic margaritas! Aimee was our waitress and she was efficient and attentive. Live music and I think it may be dog friendly. Two thumbs up! Dolphins were active in this area as well. Came up from Palmetto/Bradenton area
