After struggling with my mental health most of my life and trying to just deal with it myself for so many years I was able to go in and talk with Jason without feeling like I was making stuff up or lying about things that people who don’t have a mental disability don’t understand….. Jason is very knowledgeable and knew the answer to every question I had off of the top of his head!! I felt very comfortable and welcomed from the time I checked in with his secretary who is also amazing!! I highly recommend Jason if you’re struggling with trying to find someone who understands you.

Dr. Floyd is great. He knew what medication I needed from my first visit. I was concerned to start medication because I didn’t want the adverse effect or to have to change medications. He was patient and understanding, I could tell he really wanted to help me. I’m very happy I met with him.

Jason has been so kind, caring and thorough while helping with our mental health. Trying to find a provider, let alone a compassionate provider was overwhelming. He takes time to listen and treats conservatively while taking the actual patient into consideration. We are grateful to have found such great care.

Dr. Floyd eased all of my anxiety about seeking psychiatric help. In our appointments, I can genuinely talk about anything without fear of being judged.

He listens to my problems and doesn't undermine my feelings and concerns (which I have experienced at every other psychiatric professional since childhood).
