“Currently here. My family and I have stayed here a few times, and it is always clean with very friendly staff. If booking online, it's helpful to know that you have to call the front desk and make reservations for a time slot to use the pool. This was not mentioned on the website when booking, and I only found out after calling to confirm my room reservation. Before arrival, I reserved a slot on the first and second day of our stay; however, our names were not written down for the second day. The front desk offered us a complimentary late checkout so that my daughter could swim one more time before leaving. Covid precautions can be a nuisance anywhere, but offering grace and understanding to the employees goes a very long way. They are doing their best to follow guidelines while ensuring a positive experience for their guests.”
