  I just went through a MAJOR hassle with my homeowners insurance -- a mix-up forced me to leave the company I'd used for 30 years and start over. An agent I had worked with previously provided me with a quote -- ONE quote, the best she could do, she said. I took it because I was desperate, but I knew I could do better. So on the recommendation of a mutual friend, I called Maryann, even though she was out of town. Within HOURS I had a great quote/price from a company I knew well -- and saved more than $1,000 a year! I researched the company and it had the highest ratings. ... So what were those other agents doing while Maryann was solving my problem and saving me money?!

  In 2012, I bought my first car from Bartow Ford. Although I had obtained several car insurance quotes from local agencies and online, I decided to follow a friend's advice and call Mary Ann Simmons - and I'm so glad that I did! Not only did Mary Ann answer all my questions and explain all my coverage more clearly than anyone else had, but the rate and coverage she obtained for me was the best I had found. So grateful have I been for Mary Ann's enormous kindness and helpfulness that I have often made my payment in person because she is such a nice person and treats her customers as friends. Because of her knowledge, trustworthiness, genuine kindness, honesty and great rates, I have often recommended Mary Ann to friends.   I was so happy to have found Mary Ann’s Agency. Not only did it save me money but it made me realize how unprotected I was. Nobody had ever explained to me what full coverage actually meant, when Mary Ann told me that I had full coverage but very low liability limits which were putting me and my family at risk, I was thankful that we never had an accident and thankful to have become aware of this. She explained how coverage’s work and I was able to purchase a policy with limits that would actually protect me, unlike my Geico policy which gave me full coverage but dangerous liability limits and what is worse is that Geico never told me what I was actually covered for. I also love the fact that I have an actual person to talk to that I can see face to face, instead of 1-800 numbers where you have to press one, press two and hope you get connected to the right person. Mary Ann thank you, thank you very much for saving me money and for keeping me and my family well protected.
