This place is amazing. 150% customer service. The employees are very nice and want to help.Jose did my car for a flat tire and although I didn’t have an appointment and said it was a 2 hour wait I only waited 10 minutes and my car was in and out. Tyler keep me company the whole time in the lobby very nice young lady and very knowledgeable. Do you know that you can get a flex shopper and pay for your tires and repairs as low As $12-$15 a a week it can be really convenient. I will definitely return to Action Gator Tire.

I was getting ready to depart Florida back to New Jersey when I realized around 745pm that there was a screw in my front passenger tire. I quickly googled the nearest tire shop or mechanic shop and noticed that all were closed and saw that the only available open shop was Action Gator Shop until 830pm. I then Quickly jumped into my car with my father and brother in law and came out to this shop. Scott, the General Manager came out to ask if there was anything they could do for us and I quickly explained the matter at hand and that my family and I were headed back to Jersey the next morning. Scott quickly asked to see my keys and said alright, we’ll take care of you. Thank you so much Scott and Jonathan (also Jersey Native 🙌🏽) & who also patched up my tire, and Action Gator Tire for your quick attention and your phenomenal customer service, I truly do appreciate it! You truly saved us from a headache on the road back home to Jersey and made our ride back home safe. Great customer service still exists!!

Honest business that is not out to swindle their customers. We brought in our car for an unscheduled diagnosis due to some backfiring issues. The friendly manager and staff were quick to thoroughly assess the same day. They even test drove the vehicle afterwards to make sure it had no further issues. If you’re looking for the best price in the area, look no further. I’ve been to neighboring locations and by far the service and pricing at this Action Gator is the BEST. Service is excellent, they explain what is needed (and not needed) and I trust that they will do a professional job and so will you!

My tire blew out over the weekend. I contacted my insurance and they sent roadside assistance. I asked for a recommendation to a a nearby full service automotive shop. Action Gator Tires, now Mavis Discount Tire was suggested. Being a person who seek for quality services, I told rep for Progressive that I will call back after reaching out to the company first to make it’s one I want to have my vehicle towed to. My call was transferred to Eric. The call went well and he ensured that they would have me back on the road in no time. I’m so happy with service and the time it took. The staff there are pleasant and I can tell you it will not be my last time purchasing auto parts or obtain services from them.

With the number of years I spent in automotive, I can tell you their price is very competitive and the level of service provided was what I would expect from organizations who value their customers.
