I checked out with Judith who was professional and pleasant. Somewhere between me getting my bag and coming home I lost one of my products. I called four days later and Elissa(spelling?) went through the security tapes for me to see if I dropped it. She was so kind and went above and beyond to help me.

Dahlia! Dahlia! Oh my! I'm so lucky I found her! She is a master stylist at the Posner location and i couldn't have gotten luckier with her. I had a previous mishap with my hair and I was so unhappy with my previous cut and color. Once I left her chair I felt like a brand new women! She is a genius with color and her cut is even better. She has a customer for life. Thank you Dahlia! The stylist manager was extremely nice and made sure I left happy. The rest of the staff here was so pleasant and treated everyone with kindness. Love it here! You guys are doing an amazing job.

Erica did a great job on my hair. She did full high and low lights, matching the light brown color perfectly. I’m also pleased with the toner she used and the layers framing my face. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel lucky on this one since I’m traveling and just took a chance...so relieved and happy 💯
