(March 1, 2018, 10:33 am)Highly recommend this particular Mattress Firm store in the Deer Creek area of Davenport, Florida!!!!! I stopped by the store ...early afternoon a few days ago to do some mattress pricing and spoke with the store manager....Jose Soto. He was very helpful with my questions and concerns and....HE WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL!!!!!! I have worked in sales so I know the scene. Jose did not pressure me whatsoever and with his educational manner, he and a particular mattress he recommended left a very positive impression on my mind for the rest of the day. I was determined NOT to buy anything at the first stop I made and so I left his store and by 7:00 that same night, I decided to drive back to his store that closes at 8:00 and buy the much needed comfortable mattress. He left that much of a positive impression regarding the benefits of the mattress as well as his customer service skills of helping me decide and not trying to push me into a sale. Jose is the BEST!! He's helpful and honest and listens to what you want so you get the best product for what you truly need. Thank you, Jose!!!
