  In December of 16 I needed installation of carpet purchased at a big box store installed immediately, due to the arrival of my furniture. I was coming from across the country the big box store could not install my carpet for 8 weeks. I was left with a predicament of how to get the job completed before the furniture arrived. FLOOR IT CAME TO THE RESCUE! Their installation was phenomenal and I send kudos to them with 5 stars attached to the moon and back. I will use them again.

  Great Service from all members of this team. Amanda in the office dealt very promptly and efficiently arranging measuring of home, quotation, checking availability of carpet through to arranging promp fitting in our timescales. Measurer arrived very promptly and gave good advice. Fitters very tidy and did an excellent job. Would definitely use this firm again when we next need carpet for the villa. We were very relieved and pleased to find them. Thank you

  "After contacting other companies which quoted us outrageous amounts (too low or too high) or never gave us a clear quote, I contacted Floor it after a friend recommended them to us. Amanda was very helpful since the first phone call all the way to the last. Mark came in, find out what we wanted, took measurements and a few days later gave me a very detailed quote with everything that was included so no surprises there (which I so much appreciate because I hate surprises like hidden fees or last minute "oh that was not included, or that is extra" etc) The very reasonable price included everything labor related as I had already purchase the tile somewhere else. The crew showed up early in the morning and they started moving the furniture and covering everything with plastic to contain the dust as much as possible. They started removing the old tile and I was bracing for lots of dust but to my surprise it was really minimal. As they removed the tile, then the carpet and laminate, they were constantly cleaning the area of dust and debris. At the end of each day they disposed of all the waste so we didn't have to worry about that. After all the old flooring was removed they start leveling and preparing the floor for the new tiles. They did a beautiful job installing the tile and the grout, my home looks amazing. Amanda, Mark, Ted, Herman G and crew are great, honest and hard working people and in my experience, their customer service before, during and after the installation was outstanding. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely hire them again".
