“Wow! Is this the Heart of Florida? Physician? Yes! I have had the worst experiences with this hospital, staff and affections. I was not going to book an appointment bc I know how this hospital and dr are. But I had no choice I was in pain. I called to make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was amazing. She knew what I needed ect. I was like hmm. Really. So then I went to the appointment. I arrived the same lady on the phone was there. She great me with a smile and she called me by my name. I was shocked. She then said your here the the ??:?? Appointment? I said yes she said a few things. Very polite. I filed out normal forms. I sat a few mins not 1 hr. I was called by my first and last name. I The was truly honestly treated by Dr Rubayat Rahman. I could not believe this. I found a dr that loves what she does and dose it right. Amazing! She is a excellent dr. No doubt! She sent me to do personal stuff. Told me to come back. I did today. I was told what going on and how to take care of my self. She did treat me! The best GI dr I ever had! No more pain and suffering.”

“My daughter has been seeing Dr. Riaz for a couple of years now and I cannot speak highly enough about this Doctor or his Nursing staff. My daughter has been struggling with Epilepsy and seizure disorder for more than 15/yrs, along with other cognitive issues. I have driven my daughter from the hospital ER to Dr. Riaz's office without an appointment and they have seen her immediately. They've called to follow-up and check on my daughter after an episode The Doctor takes his time to not only explain medication or treatment changes to me but also to my daughter in terms SHE can understand and he makes sure that she's an active participant in her care and treatment plans. Dr. Riaz and his staff make sure that I as an EXTREMELY frustrated and frightened parent feel heard and not disregarded. And to be perfectly honest I'm not the easiest person to deal with especially where by baby is concerned, but I have never felt as if they weren't listening to me or that they were being anything other than caring and professional. The only bad thing I can think of to say is that I wish they were open on Friday, since I only work until noon. But losing a few hours of sick/vacation time is worth knowing that my daughter is being taken care of...”
