“My husband and I went in based on our location with no knowledge of how we would be served. I just wanted to update my phone. A young man, Colby Gallo, helped us way beyond that update. Since my husband and I are virtually technologically challenged we asked Colby questions that occurred to us while we were there. Colby was so patient with us and helped us beyond 110%. He gave me advice and more about my phone and we left fully served. We actually had another problem the next day and went in a second time. We not only had a chance to ask Colby more questions but we were able to witness the awesome customer service offered to others by the other consultants in that office. Everyone was so patient and customer oriented and I can’t say enough positive comments about Colby and this group. I highly recommended this retailer.”

“I normally do not write reviews...but after reading a couple of poorly written false reviews about the owner - I felt the need to come to his defense. The owner is a wonderful and caring person. He literally drives from Davenport to my location (which is about a 45 min. drive) to drop off medications for my son (who is medically fragile and requires many different medications). I've never had any issues with anyone over at Medoz Pharmacy. They are very caring and clearly go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.”

It only took 10 minutes for him to make it, then he walked outside and cleaned the window and applied the sticker. “Every pie we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. Their place is tucked way in the back of the building but you must search them out. The food is amazing! The steak and mushroom pie is a favorite, Although the chips aren’t exactly to my liking, just personal tastes, the fish & chips are really good. They also have a lot of hard to find English treats and such. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend them.”
