  I contacted Josh to do a pre-purchase inspection on a fifth wheel I was interested in purchasing. I was out of state and wanted an accurate representation of the condition prior to traveling to look at it. Josh did a great job on the inspection, sent multiple photos of everything (even very minor things) that he identified, and spent about half an hour on the phone with me going over everything. He did a great job on the inspection and it made me confident in purchasing.

  Josh is professional, courteous, timely and kept us informed during our entire repair process. Parts had to be ordered for our slide out repair and Josh kept us well informed as to delivery and when he would get our unit repaired.   We are very pleased with the services from ProFormance. Josh is very professional and timely in his communications. The work he did on our travel trailer was done with great attention to detail and shows true quality workmanship. He took his time to explain in detail the issues we needed addressed and the methods and parts that would be used to fix our problems. He even did some extra, necessary work as a courtesy without being asked or charging more. I highly recommend him and will call on him in the future if needed.

  I recently discovered a slow leak coming from the back of my RV’s hot water heater. I came across ProFormance and called. Within the hour Joshua texted me back. He was very professional and very timely. He assessed the issue and fixed.
  I had also recently purchased some new LED lighting for my front end cap and asked Joshua if he had the time to install that day or if he needed to come back at a later date. Fortunately for me, he had a cancellation and was able to do the installation of the lighting as well.
  I’m a very Happy Camper and would recommend to anyone. His prices are some of the most competitive as well. Thanks for the great work! I’ll definitely be using this company again for any future RV needs.
