It took only 2 hours before Jeff was at my 80-year old mother's house, fixed a simple but crucial problem, and restored power to my mom's kitchen. She reported the service man to be kind and efficient; he even helped her with her phone charger! Long story short- quick response time, courteous service, and reasonable price. Thank you Shaun & Jeff!
