(July 26, 2019, 11:30 am)I walked in with an eye problem this morning. I also wanted to establish myself as a new patient. From the moment I walked in the entire staff was courteous, welcoming and eager to help me. I was seen and treated right away. The receptionist/insurance liaison was very helpful getting me set up within their system. The Optical tech who first examined me was friendly, knowledgeable and comforting. She really put me at ease and made the examination process enjoyable. Dr. King was awesome. She made feel relaxed, was easy to talk to, thorough and professional. The facility was clean, comfortable and inviting. I had been with the same Optometrist for decades and have bounced from one to another since his retirement. Eye Specialists of Mid Florida, Lake Wales made me feel at home. My whole family will be patients of them from now on. My experience with this location from beginning to end was excellent.
(July 12, 2019, 9:21 am)This was my first visit to an eye doctor and I felt very comforted by the staff. They were all friendly and informative on the process and what to expect. Answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would strongly recommend.
(April 20, 2018, 10:39 am)It was my first time visiting this office. I was very impressed. They assist me right away, and took me inside in less than 10 minutes. Kari was very sweet and professional. Dr. Linda King was very nice and gave me all the time I need. She answered all my questions and was willing to explain in details my concerns. I will highly recommend this place to my friends. As a matter of fact, It was recommended to me by two friends. I am happy I follow their advise. :)
