Huston listened to what I was looking for, and within minutes had found the perfect vehicle for me. They were able to secure the dealer trade and delivered the car to me lightning fast! A special shout out to Pedro Hernandez for all of his hard work and expert salesmanship!!
(October 28, 2019, 3:21 pm)I purchased some updated software / firmware for my Escalade. For whatever reason they did not take. I brought my vehicle in for a recall and brought it to the service writers attention. It was confirmed the updates were not there. Arrangements were made to have my vehicle in for service, a loaner car was provided while my vehicle was being tended to.
As I have stated in previous surveys, I live an hour away and other Cadillac dealerships are options- Huston Cadillac in no way is the most convenient, but I will not take my vehicle to any other dealership. Michael, the service manager is amazing. Surprisingly, he always greets me and remembers my name. His service staff is personable, professional, and there to provide service that extends above the mechanical needs of the customer.
The fact I am treated like a person, not a RO number is the difference with this dealership. It is the reason I do not go to Tampa or Lakeland.
Huston Cadillac is exactly what GM needs representing their products and acting as liaisons between the consumer and a conglomerate that, based on my experience, could care less about the consumers that purchase their vehicles. I would recommend GM send its customer service representatives to Huston Cadillac to learn how to treat human beings.
