“You can choose a payment plan (monthly or yearly) and have unlimited classes with time and attention from trainers to help you improve form, increase endurance, and avoid injury. I have never been a classes workout person, preferring to do my own thing, but I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this community. The classes are kept at a reasonable size and the space is welcoming. I've been a member for 3 months and I always look forward to classes, attending 4-5 times a week. They don't try and tell me issues with my car that are non existent like other mechanics do (I am female and I get other mechanics always telling me something is "wrong" with my car which is false because my car is fairly new) Always greeted with a smile, best part it's just down the street from me so I don't have far to go, nicely located, very convenient.
