“Wait time: I have never had to wait over 20 minutes. I am usually called back within 5 to 10 minutes. I found them to be very thorough. When getting tests at least twice they have found things other than what was ordered. They are courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.”

“I walked in with an eye problem this morning. I also wanted to establish myself as a new patient. From the moment I walked in the entire staff was courteous, welcoming and eager to help me. I was seen and treated right away. The receptionist/insurance liaison was very helpful getting me set up within their system. The Optical tech who first examined me was friendly, knowledgeable and comforting. She really put me at ease and made the examination process enjoyable. Dr. King was awesome. She made feel relaxed, was easy to talk to, thorough and professional. The facility was clean, comfortable and inviting. I had been with the same Optometrist for decades and have bounced from one to another since his retirement. Eye Specialists of Mid Florida, Lake Wales made me feel at home. My whole family will be patients of them from now on. My experience with this location from beginning to end was excellent.”
