People with good customer service skills are hard to come by nowadays, most have the knowledge but have a terrible attitude when delivering a service. However Tom was the best of both worlds with knowledge and a great attitude!

They have responded very quickly to phone calls, handled the repairs with professionalism, and have been superbly friendly to work with. We will continue to call upon them even outside of warranty service.
