I had an unusual trapezoid shape that I needed cut to create a rear window on a custom-built truck topper. I stopped by several glass shops around town, and was repeatedly told that they couldn't make my piece, or that if they could, it would take weeks.
Finally rolled into Southern Glass when I was at my wit's end. I had to drive to Kansas in just a few days, and was absolutely convinced I would have to just use a plastic tarp to cover up the missing window slot.
However, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service here. Not only were they willing to take on my project, but they were also very friendly in answering the metric ton of questions that I had. I was able to come pick up my piece the very next day! The end product was not only a better result than I was hoping for, but also well under budget for what I had expected it to cost. Couldn't be happier with the experience!

I got to meet the folks at Southern Glass Products the other day and these are great people. There are very friendly and easy to work with. Good people.
Overall I had a good experience with them and would definitely recommend them. The glass they installed turned out beautiful. I'm attaching a photo of our finished shower enclosure.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because my glass was cut wrong by the manufacturer, and no-one at the company measured it when it got to their warehouse, so it sat there several days before the install for them to bring it to my house and find the problem on-site, which forced them to have to re-order it.
To their credit, they did correct the issue with no charge to me and got the manufacturer to expedite the replacement so it only took a few more days to get it all fixed. With that said, I still feel like they could have been proactive with checking it thoroughly when they received it instead of waiting until it was on-site and avoided the unnecessary delays.
