He made a very devastating time in my life and that of my family as caring and as perfect as we could have hoped. We asked for a few special things and he took care of them quickly and made a very hard time easier. I was not aware of Heath Funeral Chapel because we had only moved to Lakeland a few months ago. When Hospice told us to make arrangements quickly we took a chance and called them. Please feel confident that your loved one will be taken care of with respect even to the smallest details. Thanks is not enough to their entire staff..

(April 19, 2019, 4:42 pm)At an extremely difficult time, Heath Funeral did a marvelous job in helping us navigate the gathering that commemorated our loved one. Rusty and Matt took extra steps when they realized we needed them and went way above and beyond what we originally asked. Words cannot express the gratitude that they were there and just did what needed to be done with a cheerful attitude. Our family is large, and as longtime members of the Lakeland Community, Mom was well known and loved. It was her decision to use Heath Funeral many years ago, and I can honestly say that they have my recommendation.
The gathering room that we used suited our family, our style, and our wishes to make a sad event into one last sendoff "house" gathering that we feel Mom would have been so honored and proud of. Thank you. Thank you for making things easier on us when these events are never easy. You held our hands and guided us and accepted our quirky requests with a smile. Our appreciation goes far beyond the words here. It goes into the feeling that we were able to show the love that she showed us, and we have for her. Thank you.

(March 1, 2019, 10:16 am)Stacy and the team at Heath were wonderful at guiding us through the process of my dad's passing. From helping with the legality of documents (death certificate etc), setting up a lovely reception and service, even helping write a tribute and obit, and putting together a lovely video. They are calm and compassionate in dealing with family dynamics. They take care of so many behind the scenes details before and during the service, and to completion of the paperwork long after. At the time of loss, when emotions are running the brain in a bit of a fog, they could always be counted on. God bless them for the work they do - with grace and dignity.
