Ordered a rod a month ago standard rod and it took almost a month for them to tell me it was ready. I called twice and they just told me it wasnt shipped yet then. After I emailed them 3 weeks later they said it was something they carry in stock.

I did get the chance to use my Rod a little and I'm happy with the quality, it is light and pretty sensitive.

Best inshore fishing rod I’ve ever owned, and hands-down best warranty in the industry. I was so impressed with their warranty when I called about a broken rod(7’ Bolt model), that I ordered a second one. If you want a fishing rod that is more difficult to break then you have to realize all the features you are giving up when you buy a rod this sensitive and lightweight. I will eventually replace all of my inshore rods with Bull Bay as I can afford. If you take care of it(my kids are not allowed to use it) you will have it forever. I hope they don’t ever change their amazing warranty and prompt customer service.
